Conference to Show Men and Women Ways to Get Energized in New Year
SEMINOLE, Fla. – Men and Women can start the year off great in mind, body and spirit by attending a health and wellness conference on Jan. 28.
Smart Healthy Living has designed a one-day conference dedicated to women to be held from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Connect2Christ Church, 9398 Oakhurst Road, Seminole. Speakers will discuss ways to guide, instruct and inspire men & women to kick off their year. Topics include how to cultivate a life of wholeness, finding hope in the middle of adversity and others. The event will feature Chef Chris Soto who will provide participants with a demonstration on Mediterranean cooking. Attendees also will enjoy prizes, music, food, health screenings and a healthy lunch. They can experience health screenings, massages and more with vendors and talk with speakers.
Tickets cost $20 before Jan. 15 and $27 after Jan. 15. Participants may purchase the tickets online at www.healthysources.info. All tickets include a lunch. The goal is to ultimately enhance their overall lifestyle, their quality of life and their happiness.
Im will join Dr. Pamela Paul, psychotherapist and wellness coach; Clestine Herbert, coach, trainer, author and speaker; Haney Small, clinical herbalist, holistic nutrition coach; Mary Haley, pastor; Arielle Giordano, author, certified essentrics instructor; and Erika Black, holistic life coach.
