SEMINOLE, Fla. – A local conference will help women feel more energy to deal with their every day issues and
leave with a new outlook on life, according to organizers.
Smart Healthy Living and Parker Lifestyle Coaching have designed a one-day conference dedicated to women
on May 7 at Connect 2 Christ Church at 9398 Oakhurst Road in Seminole. They want participants to recreate
their lives. Women will learn a new way that nurtures and elevates their minds, bodies and spirits. They are
guaranteed to have a new lease on life after a day spent focusing on physical health, inner health, relationships
Topics include changing mindset, strengthening inner healthy, focusing on results, determination for results,
setting goals and developing intentions, preventing diabetes using natural methods, three steps to losing weight
and keeping it off their bodies, communication in relationships, professional and vocational health, money
matters, springing into habits and holistic healthy lifestyle.
“Ladies can have a brighter future and live a happy healthy life in spite of setbacks,” said Sara Im,

energize them into a new person.”
