News for the week of September 20th, 2015

Greetings ,

Today is my first day to start writing to you through my blog.  It is my new preferred way to reach out to my family, friends, clients, followers and my book readers.  I’m grateful that you have been wonderful supporter and friend.

My favorite quote today is: ” To have a friend is to have one of the sweetest gifts that life can bring; to be a friend is to have a solemn and tender education of soul from day to day”. Amy Robertson Brown.  How do we maintain that friendship to last a life time?  I remember a saying from my late Pastor Dr. Ken Latimer ” Be slow to anger, and be quick to forgive”.  This remind me very often and it have kept me  and brought me back on track.  Forgive us God for we are human and always tend to be off tract.  Help us to recognize it quickly and get back on quickly.

What is on my mind today is mentally prepare for my upcoming presentation on Healthy Living on September 25th at 9:00 am at The Grand Villa of Largo, at 750 Starkey Rd, Largo.  I enjoy sharing and encouraging people to take care of themselves.  Most of us always want to take care of our family and friends and tend to overlook ourselves.  I speak for myself, because I’ve done it many times.  I plan to give as much information as I could within the time frame allowed.

My other project that I am very focus on right now is the Smart Living Health Fair that will be on Saturday September 26th from 1 to 5 pm at Christian Outreach Ministry, at Christ the King Lutheran Church 11220 Oakhurst Rd, Largo.  We will have almost 40 fabulous health and wellness vendors to exhibit their products and service.  This event is FREE to the public.  They will get access to a wide range of wellness products and services, and get to ask questions, take sample and receive some free health screening.  This fabulous event will benefit so many people, and the proceed from the vendors fee will benefit the Christian Outreach Center.

I hope you check our event page to find more event of your interest.

Best Regards,

Sara
